SHS LIFE: HUMSS STRAND ( SPEECH )

As we take a humss strand.
Humss Strand is not easy and it can be very stressful, 
because of many activities you need to do,
and the pressure you need to overcome ,
but if you love what you are doing,
you eventually enjoy your academic activities and your senior high school life.

As a Humss Student
I can say that Humss Strand is one of the best among the other strand,
because it can enhance our skills and it can build up  our confidence in reading, writing,communication and to make sense of it.
And it will strengthen our mind, 
because if you take Humss Strand there' s so many things that you need to memorized.

I'm saying this things bescause ,I'm a Humss Student ,
and being a Humss Student is really a favor for me ,
because it helps me to be more sensible .
And it builds up my confidence
not just to me but also in many student who take this strand.

I have realized many things to this strand ,
and it really helps me to prepared and to be able to know what to do in colledge,
and also I realize that when you turn your burden into happiness ,
you will make it.

I can indeed thankful because ,I choose to take this strand.

TEENAGE DEPRESSION

Why many Teenage people are depress? what do you think are the causes of depression? Depression is a serious mental disorder in which person suffers in a long periods of sadness, loneliness and other negative feelings , some teenage people are feel depress,   because of feeling worthless ,hopeless,peer problems,financial struggles,low self esteem , feeling helplessness,being unlove,those causes of depression will bring them in the bad habits,  like taking cigarettes,  taking drugs or they just suicide.
